Hi. I’m Lauren.
As a coach, I help clients grow as whole people through their work, parenting, or spirituality.
I trust my clients as experts in their own lives. Through compassionate questions and observations, I help foster their self-awareness and confidence to take action. When I share new frameworks or tools, we design opportunities to practice in real situations and then reflect with curiosity.
My clients are often at a personal or professional crossroads, asking themselves what comes next or how they can rise to meet their current challenges. The coaching plan we develop together considers the full breadth of their lives because human growth does not happen in isolated parts.

"Can I be mindful if I have too many racing thoughts?"If any of these questions sound familiar, join us! This four-week virtual class will help you begin or reinvest in a mindfulness meditation practice.
Each call will include guided mindfulness practices and pragmatic discussions. The tools we introduce are all designed to fit into our busy, messy lives. All abilities and identities are welcome.

This drop-in mindfulness group is open to beginners and experienced practitioners. There is no such thing as a "good meditator" so please come exactly as you are.
During each call, there will be an opportunity to check-in, guided mindfulness practice, and time to reflect or ask questions. All abilities and identities are welcome.
